Shooting Stars

I made this card for my Cousin Chris and her husband Tony. They adopted a precious little boy named Vinny. On July 4th they are having a "...And Vinny Makes Three" celebration.

I used a Navy Blue star pattern and layered that on a Red card. I make a Red "box" with Stars bursting out!! I used Metallic Red pipe cleaners and cut out Red and Blue stars with White Velum smaller star.

This card was a lot of fun to make!!

Flower Card

***Was having trouble getting my camera to focus***

Coral card stock with a Flower cut out. Used Green and Pink Velum to make the grass/horizon.

35th Annivesary Card

For my parent's 35th Anniversary card I used a Royal Purple card and added Purple/Mint Green/Pink Swirl and Lavender Velum hearts. I cut out a window and typed 35 words that describe my parent's life together on Mint Green card stock which was the inside color of the card.

Purse Card

This card was fun to make!!

I used a Green/Brown/Pink/White Flower paper for the outside of the card and lined the inside with Pink. I decorated the flap with Brown Polka Dot ribbon and Pearl embellishments. I also added a scalloped edge with Pink Velum.

I also made a 2nd purse card which I added an inside pocket for a gift card.

Birthday Card

Birthday card I made for one of my best friends. It is a Lime Green/Yellow/Brown/Pink polka dot pattern. I cut out metallic Brown paper in a scalloped pattern and added a Pink satin ribbon on the top edge. I cut out a Lime Green flower and added a White flower and embellished with a Pink crystal flower.

Cheryl loved her card!!

First Communion Card

First Communion Card for a 7-year-old girl. Background is a Pink/Purple/Green Paisley print. I made a cross out of Lavender Velum and embellished with clear crystals and a Pink Velum dove.

I sold this card!!

Mother's Day Card

My Mom is a talented quilter so for Mother's Day I made her a card using various bright floral patterns to make a "Quilt Card".

I went online and found a pattern for a fabric quilt and modified it to fit on a card.

Mom loved it!!

Confirmation Card

This is a Confirmation card made for a 17-year-old boy. I used Olive Green and Gray patterned paper along with White and Green iridescent velum for the Dove design. I stamped a saying with Gold pigment ink and embossed it.
